Fees & Funding

Our fees from 1 April 2023 to 31 march 2024 are as follows:

£33.20 for a 4-hour morning session - 08:30-12:30 (from 3 years)
£30.60 for a 4-hour afternoon session - 12:30-16:30 (from 3 years)
£40.10 for a 5-hour morning session - 07:30-12:30 (from 2 years)
£37.50 for a 5-hour afternoon session - 12:30-17:30 (from 2 years)
£59.80 for up to 8 hours - £7.15 per hour thereafter (or part thereof)
£7.50 per hour for hours over and above 2, 3 or 4-year-old funded hours (or part thereof)


We accept two, three and four-year-old funding for those eligible and are subject to availability.  Government tax free childcare and childcare vouchers are also accepted within the nursery.


Included in our prices* are:

  • Nappies and all toiletries associated with toileting/nappy changing
  • 08:00 - Breakfast
  • 09:45 - Morning snack 
  • 11:40 - Two course hot meal 
  • 14:30 - Afternoon snack 
  • 16:30 - Light tea


*For parents accessing their child's 15/30 hours entitlement, the above items are not included in the funding provided.

Government Funded Hours - information for parents

When will my child be eligible?

The government provide 'universal' (15 hours) funded hours for all children living in the UK, the term after they turn three years old until they start school.

   

Birthdays between:                         Children become eligible for funding from:

1 January to 31 March                      April

1 April to 31 August                         September
1 September to 31 December      January


How many hours am I entitled to?

The government fund 38 weeks of the year, splitting the funding into three terms.   At BebeTots we are open for 50 weeks, therefore spreading your government entitlement each term throughout the non funded weeks.  The table below will give you an idea of 'roughly' how many hours per week you could be eligible for.


Some children are eligible for 'extended' (30 hours) funded hours where both parents work, or one parent works in a single parent household . Check online through the link below, to see if your child is eligible.

When can I use my funded hours?

All funded hours are accessed over 50 weeks of the year and are available in the following sessions 


  • 08:30-16:30 - available for all age groups eligible for funded sessions
  • 08:30-16:30- available the term following child's 3rd birthday
  • 12:30-16:30 - available the term following child's 3rd birthday


Can my child come before or after the funded sessions?

Hours outside of the funded sessions are available, are payable in advance and include any meals provided, such as breakfast and tea.

The government also offer eligible 2-year-old children funding to attend nursery.  Check online, using the link below, to see if your child is eligible.

 

Your 2-year-old can get free childcare if you live in England and get any of the following benefits:

  • Income Support
  • income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
  • income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • Universal Credit, and your household income is £15,400 a year or less after tax, not including benefit payments
  • the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit, Working Tax Credit (or both), and your household income is £16,190 a year or less before tax
  • the Working Tax Credit 4-week run on (the payment you get when you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)

2-year-olds can also get free childcare if they:

  • are looked after by a local authority
  • have an education, health and care (EHC) plan
  • get Disability Living Allowance
  • have left care under an adoption order, special guardianship order or a child arrangements order

Is my child eligible for 2-year-old funding?

ADDITIONAL COSTS WHEN IN RECEIPT OF FUNDING:

Meals

Morning snack, lunch and afternoon snack is offered to all children


  • £0.75 per half day funded session for snack
  • £1.50 per full day funded session for snack
  • £2.70 per day for a two course hot dinner


Please let us know if your child has an allergy or if you have dietary requirements such as vegetarian / vegan / cultural preferences.

Consumables

  • £1.50 per funded hour used each week.


This goes towards costs incurred by the nursery that are not covered by the government funding.

Nappies

  • Nappies are provided for all children and are included in your fees
  • Please note, pull ups are not provided by the nursery


*You are welcome to bring your own nappies should you prefer
